How To Make Chicken Noodle Soup


In this episode of Simply Sublime chef Tess Ward shows you how to make a quick and simple Asian style chicken noodle soup. This warming dish makes great comfort food and comes in under £10 pounds for the whole family!



Ingredients:
See top right.

Step 1: Make The Stock
Put a large pot on a medium heat with a little oil. Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and allow to cook until golden. Once you have a little color on your ginger and garlic add the chicken stock to the pan and bring to the boil.

Step 2: Cook The Chicken
Add the chicken to the pot, keeping the pan on a high heat. After about 10 minutes add the fish sauce and lime juice to the pan

Step 3: Prepare The Noodles
Cover the noodles in hot water and leave until soft, then drain.

Step 4: Combine
Add the noodles to the stock and chicken pan along with the coriander and spring onions and mix well.
